Cannot get colors to change and header issues

I cannot find where to change colors. Under
Styling/Colors I change all the pink colors to blue but nothing changes even after clearing the cache. Also when I try to use the header builder it does not change and does not show any changes I make while attempting to create my header.
Second time trying this template.

We have conducted a review of your website and have not identified any issues. When we attempted to use the header builder, the changes were reflected correctly on your site. We believe this is likely due to a caching issue on your end.

We suggest that you purge all caches and deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache, Jetpack Protect, and Jetpack plugins on your website until you are in the development phase. After that, please clear all caches from the browser and server, and then check back on your website.
