Cannot delete product/item or category, it keeps deleting forever

When I need to delete a category or product, it keeps loading without doing the action. kindly check the video. The same case on firefox

I did delete the cache and everything, however, I cannot delete it

The same problem still there, also search for plugins got no result. updating the WPML key keeps loading forever.
