    This is a brand new install. After fixing the activation issue, I’ve successfully imported the demo theme I wanted. When I go to customize it though, nothing ever loads. If I apply a WordPress theme though, It does load.

    actually, after my first 12 hours of this being a nightmare, I just want a refund.
