Cannot change the Footer Color of my page.

Hello I am trying to change the color of the footer but nothing will work, tried even to use custom CSS with no luck.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Enable WPBakery for static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks , then edit the footer content
If you need any further assistance, provide screenshots and temporary wp-admin access.

I have activated, but the footer wont change color, can u check my website’s footer it is orange, inspect the element and the footer is orange and there is no way to change the color, I tried to override this vc_custom with the blue one but it wont change nothing.

I found the option to change the color of the background, it was a little orange circle at the Static Blocks footer niche02 thank u !!
