I already translated some terms (tags, SKU, categories, share, filters, related products, etc) with Loco, but this remains in English.
I can assure that Loco works, because I translated the YITH Wishlist plugin and worked without problem.

    Hello,

Have you translated XStore Core plugin? Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
Make sure that translations for the theme, WooCommerce, and Core are up to date – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ After synchronization, find and translate the mentioned strings.

    Regards

    Yes, for sure!
When I started I didn’t realize that it was necessary to translate the xstore-core, but after browsing the forum I found the answer.
But even with the both translated I cannot see the stings in portuguese, as you can see here http://vestidodenoiva.pt/catalogo/

    Hello,

    Can’t check your page http://prntscr.com/urxzok
Provide screenshot of untranslated string. You can use the Lightshot screenshot free tool to share the screenshot.

    Hello,

The mentioned strings are related to theme translation. So, make sure that you placed translation files into the correct folder with the correct name https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Also, make sure that your files are updated https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
If it does not help then provide us with the correct link to your WP Dashboard and temporary WP Dashboard access to allow us to check the situation.

    Regards
