Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Here is the temp login
Hello, Benz,
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, provide us with temporary FTP access

Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Already tried disable plugins. Issue still persists
kindly check the slides section also. I cannot add new slides. Thanks
Dear @Benz,
I hope you are doing well.
Could you kindly check if there are any custom configurations on your server that might be preventing admin notices from being displayed? It appears that an additional section should be visible on the Mega Menu page, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EJ0vtazLse7X.
If no such configurations are in place, we may need to investigate the issue further on the code level. The functionality is working correctly on our local websites, which suggests that this issue is specific to your website.
Please let us know your findings at your earliest convenience.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Do you mean this part I circle in the attached image?
I contacted my server support (SiteGround) and followed their instructions to troubleshoot the issue. Specifically, I:
Disabled the Speed Optimizer plugin (related to JavaScript and CSS) as suggested by server support — but the problem still persists.
Tried disabling the Pro Elements and Core Plugin to identify conflicts. However, after disabling the Core Plugin, I was unable to access the Slides and Mega Menus features.
please see the attachment for reference.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
Any updates on the issue?
