I have a client who tells me that there are some orders that are cancelling as payment was not made via paypal.
On investigation the customers have said that they were unable to use paypal as it didnt work.
PayPal tell me there is nothing wrong with the account so it must either the customers inputting wron info (which i doubt) or something with the gateway.
How can I check this out and find out what, if any, the problem is.
