Can we Choose Categories in AMP home page?

Hello, I want to know can we choose which categories will be dispplayed in AMP mobile Home Page? Cause I see the element but not a way to choose which categories will be there. Do we have this option and how?

1) We are writing to inform you about the settings of the XStore AMP plugin that you are currently using. This plugin is designed to display product categories (Product > Categories) exclusively on the home page when accessed via mobile.

In the Home Page section of the AMP plugin, you have the option to select the order of the product categories, either in ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC) order. Additionally, you can also set a limit on the number of product categories you wish to display on the home page, according to your specific needs.
