Can someone reply to the comments in the "feature requests" section?

    Arrange by “new” and see all the unanswered comments.

    Jack usually responds but it can take a fair few weeks to do so. Appreciate you need to speak to the developer team but the delay and lack of apology is still unacceptable.

    Here you can find our support policy – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/ Additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support.
    If you need help with the additional customization to add a new feature and do not want to wait, submit a customization request to WPKraken team

    We are working on our requests that are in progress and planned states, so please be more patient.
    Also you can check the boards from time to time and there surely will be the answer for your request too.
