Can not select from menu and search from customizer speed of loading page is slow

1. Website when I type url it’s stuck and then start loading after seconds of thinking.
2. Homepage settings option disappear after click
3. Drop down menu to select like In xstore elementor select switch between option are not dropping drown like if I want to select between number or sliders swap default or none the drop menu to select is block I can not click. But yes when I open on my mobile to edit anything I can do it but on my laptop these functions are not enable me to do. In private area I provide wp control

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the “OneClick Chat to Order” plugin (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LLYc80b8xJbj) was causing a JavaScript error, which appeared to be responsible for the incorrect display of the select element. After deactivating the plugin, the issue was resolved and everything is now functioning correctly, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/271b3f85de8d2427b51a51a84cfe08b3.

Additionally, we tested the AJAX search functionality within the Theme Options, and it is working as expected (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LM88uc8O18NH).

Could you please review the site again with the mentioned plugin currently deactivated?
