Can not enable a feature in the product page

Installed Xstore 8.3.3 for some days, so far there is a feature that bother me for a while.
I install a plugin named as “Lumise” which is “Product designer tool” and its website is http://www.lumise.com. There is a feature once I click the “customize” button then the product page will be redirected to the editor page for users to do some personalized product.

However, since I installed Xstore theme the feature what I mention then the customize feature can not work. It directly puts the product into the cart. That is not what I expect.

Haved try to change to other themes, like as Astra or Hello or Kadence, but every theme can work well. Even I install my website starting from installing wordpress then to install theme, woocommerce and upload some pictures. This feature still can not work.

At this moment, I have let my website at the coming soon status. Just let me know. I really love xstore theme it is so powerful but this feature can not work then it will let my business not enable soon.

Hello,

Try to disable “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple And Variable Products” via Theme Options. Try to disable Single Product Builder.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

I can ask our dev team to check what can be done to help you. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

I disable the ajax function and it works.
