I would like to install the plugin that come with the template
How to resolve this issue

What do you mean “Can not connect to get plugin list.”?
Could you, please, provide us with a screenshot of the issue?
You can also find all the bundled plugins here https://www.8theme.com/downloads and install them via Plugins > Add new > uploads.

Use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.
Have you tried to install plugins manually as was mentioned by Olga?
