i saw a ‘can not connect to plugin list’ notification in my xstore plugin installer’s dashboard. Can you help me to solve this?

Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 18.104.22.168
I’ve contacted my hosting provider, they said that there are no blocking on incoming/outgoing after they ping your IP at 22.214.171.124. However, they tried to whitelist your IP on their server.
I’ve checked my dashboard already afterwards and it’s still show cannot connect to plugin list. 🙁
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
