Can I remove the sizing guide from an individual product

Hello

I checked the forum but I can only see removal of sizing guide globally.

Is there any way to remove the sizing guide on an individual product? So for example, I have some products that don’t need the sizing guide but I have other products that do need the sizing guide. Can I remove the sizing guide on just specific products?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

If you wish to remove the size guide for a specific product only, please follow these steps:

a) Edit the particular product.
b) In the 8Themes Product Options, choose the “Size Guide” option.
c) Set it to “Inherit From the theme option” and remove the size guide image view image added in the link:: https://ibb.co/Bzm2YvL

Additionally, turn OFF the Single Product Builder and utilize the Pre-Built Layout for the Single Product Page view image added in the link: https://ibb.co/bbxdGN9

Note: If you intend to use the Size Guide on specific product pages, it is recommended to use the Pre-Built Layout as it does not work with the Single Product Builder.

Hi Tony

Thanks for the instructions.

I have completed the first part but I am unable to turn off the single product builder. When I go to it, there is nothing I can do.
When you say I should use the Pre-Built Layout when I want to use size guides, what do you mean? I don’t understand where I need to go to do that. Thanks

Thanks for the video. Now I know why I can’t follow your instructions – I do not have all those options on my WooCommerce menu, so I can’t do what you have provided in the video, which is really easy to follow, by the way (great instructions).

What can I do now?

Should you wish to remove the “Size Guide” feature from a particular product within your online store, kindly adhere to the following instructions:

1. Access your WooCommerce dashboard and select ‘All Products’.
2. Locate and edit the product in question.
3. Within the ‘XStore Options’ under the ‘Single Layout’ tab, change the “Size Guide Type” to “Download Button”.
4. Proceed to remove the existing image from the ‘Size Guide Image’ section.

We have observed that you have successfully deactivated the Single Product Layout, which is commendable. The modifications you’ve made should now be fully operational, and our checks confirm that they are functioning correctly.
