I’ve installed a demo from the Import Demo and picked one that’s great for my client website and worked with it.
Now I don’t want the client to see the import Demo tab so the client doesn’t click and override everything .
How can I hide that?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please try to use this plugin to achieve the desired result – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/white-label-branding-plugin/

Thank you for the response, I’ll love to ask also, hope changing these things on the White Label Branding won’t affect the theme’s future updates?
Hi,
Thank you for your message. We appreciate your interest in customizing the White Label Branding. Please note that making changes in the White Label Branding section will not affect the theme’s future updates.
Best Regards,

Hello Ayan,
I noticed the White Label Branding section doesn’t cover hiding this section in the attached screenshot, but only covers Renaming it.
I want to hide the Xstore section that carries the Static blocks, Mega Menu and the rest. I renamed it to Core, but I want to remove it.
Awaiting your response.
Hi,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello, I have sent the details in the private content section.
Hello @RealityEmma,
Please check it now. We have added custom CSS in White Label Branding → Advanced, as well as in xstore-child/style.css, to ensure that this section is hidden on the frontend.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello,
I saw an update for PRO Elements and after updating, I got a fatal error, the plugin was diactivated and I lost some customization.
Why is that so?
Kindly check again.
Here’s the error I’m getting when I try to activate the PRO Element again on safe mode.
Could it be from the customisation done on the White Label Branding?
Hello @RealityEmma,
We attempted to remove and reinstall the PRO Elements update because the folder name appears to be incorrect (https://prnt.sc/OA-fIlACICNl). However, it seems that this is a display error, and your website is currently not showing due to an issue that we cannot investigate without enabling the debug log on your server.
Also, it may be that PRO Elements version is not compatible with your latest Elementor plugin so it can be safely to keep the previous version of PRO Elements active for this time.
Please provide us with the correct FTP access in the private content section so that we can examine the source of the error.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello Jack,
I’ve included the cPanel details in the Private section as my FTP access is giving issues.
I’d love the designs made with the PRO Element to return back and remain as a lot of work was done in that.
If it means going back to the previous version of it that was compatible, I’d appreciate it.
Hello @RealityEmma,
We have installed a backup version of your PRO Elements plugin on the website. You can now edit your templates and use the features provided by this plugin.
At this time, please do not update the plugin, as the latest version appears to cause some errors. We will test it on our local websites and look for possible solutions if the issue is related to our theme. Alternatively, you may wait for the next plugin update and then check whether the issue has been resolved.
Please note that this plugin is developed by a third party, so we are unable to fix issues within its code.
Thank you for your understanding.
UPDATED: We have installed the latest version of the PRO Elements plugin (v4.0.4.1) available at https://proelements.org/, as earlier versions may contain bugs or issues that could cause fatal errors.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @jack-richardson,
I can see from my end that the website is back to normal. Thank you so much for the assistance.
But I have a quick question: what could have caused that to happen – the fatal error and the PRO Element not updating?
Hello @RealityEmma,
Thanks for your feedback.
The issue was caused by a problem in the plugin version you tried to install. However, the developers have already released a new update that was not yet available through the auto-update system. We manually installed the latest version on your website by downloading it directly from the official plugin website, which we have attached.
