Hi there,

I have purchased your theme which is really nice and setup an eshop with woocommerce.
Everything is fine except sometimes almost everyday that the site crashes and i only see the header.
When i go to see the error logs via plesk i see the following errors (I have changed the real domain names with mymaindomain.gr and myeshopdomain.com so as not to be public-visible) :

[Tue Dec 30 13:43:05 2014] [warn] [client 74.6.254.50] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatetruecolor() in /var/www/vhosts/mymaindomain.gr/myeshopdomain.com/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 111

again and again until the problem stops.

I understand that php stops execution this exact moment… so i get this white screen of death except the site header.
My php memory limit is 256M configured in php.ini by my hosting company.

Please help me to resolve this issue and also guide what to tell to my hosting provider to ask them also to help me.

As I said you the problem happens only sometimes and the error message is this :

First of all does the really-simple-captcha.php have to be called for every page?

Getting the output of the response with Fiddler the html is broken (body and html have no closing tags).

It is not a problem that you can replicate when you want but it randomly occurs.
This is what i’m trying to investigate…
Keep in mind that in the same hosting account i also have two more wordpress sites with different templates and i have not any problem.
I’m afraid that if I ask my hosting provider for help they will tell me that the wordpress installed theme may be heavy enough.

But will the update include fix for my problem? I mean the call to undefined function :

And iI’m wondering does the really-simple-captcha.php have to be called for every page?
I think i do not use a captcha control.

I’m trying to think what could be the problem… and because it occurs only sometimes
I’m thinking it might have something to do with a bug in some error handling process.
Am I right?

But I feel that i don’t get answers from you in my questions?
Instead I feel your answers are general and not targeted to my problem!
I have given you credentials for access to ftp and admin, did you have a look there?
Please try to give me a trace!

Have you tried updating the theme?
Our developers made some customizations and fixed some bugs in the new version.

Please update it and check if the problem persists after that.
