Caching issues with the theme xstore plugin

hello, i just tested all the possible ways to restart the cache, and as a conclusion the xstore plugin is responsible for this, after i created a simple footer with elementor widgets i refresh the page on both pc and phone, and there is no elementor styling at all, after disabling the LC cache plugin, i hard refresh my pc browser and the style come back, i tried to deactivate the xstore plugin and refresh my phone as normal, the style appeared only after deactivating the plugin, when i activated the plugin againg the style disappear again
so there is a problem with your plugin

also in the video you sent in prior ticket, i think i saw the support hard refresh the page.

wp access available in private area if you need it
i tried the following :
– delete server cache
– purge cache
– purge css
– deactivating cache plugins
– tried two cache plugins

Keep Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources option disabled if you use cache plugin https://prnt.sc/UpWRsnqIge8X
Try to change anything now.
