    Hello,

Are you talking about slider element https://prnt.sc/xb4y2n ?
We don’t have options in our theme that hide blocks on the page.
Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the mentioned issue?

    Regards

Yes, all that elements are slider elements. The first one horizontal and the three under the large one.

    Kindly regards,
    thank you

    Hello,

I see the mentioned section even if I’m logged in https://prnt.sc/xd182s and when editing the page using Elementor https://prnt.sc/xd19w6
So, don’t see the error. Maybe that was a local glitch.

    Regards

    Hello,

Nope, these options do not affect the page sliders.
But we don’t recommend disabling them all because it slows down the site, so it would better to keep these options enabled https://prnt.sc/xdv0us

    Hello,

Could you, please, tell me if you don’t have that section at all or you see texts for example but without styles? If you see the element but without styles then you can go to Elementor > Settings > Advanced > CSS Print Method > choose Internal Embedding.

    Regards

As you can see from the first screenshot, in one site a section completely disappear, while in the other we see a text and a button but without any style or image.

    Hello,

That option can’t affect the menu styles. Provide us with WP Dashboard access.
And make screenshot of the issue using the Lightshot screenshot tool and highlight the styles that are missings. Because screenshots on google drive do not explain the issue in detail.

    Hi again Olga,
could you please explain why are you suggesting to use Internal Embedding instead of External Embedding, because it’s recommended to use external.. so i wish to understand before any significant change ?

    Thank you

    Hello,

The external file means that all the styles that you change while editing page are saved to the CSS file. Internal embedding means inline styles. Cache plugins, browser and CDN caches CSS files. That’s why if you have a problem with caching then using Internal Embedding is the solution for you.
