    I bought a theme in Themeforest.
    By mistake I installed it in 2 domains.
    Now the domain mihuertayjardin.com does not work for me.
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    500 Internal server error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress to see the error https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
    If it will not show any errors then contact your hosting providers and ask them to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

    Communicate with Bluehost support. They disabled the subject and they gave me permission to enter.
    I deleted it and reinstalled it and it does not work. Continue with error 500.
    He again requested that he be disabled.

    Hello,

    Did you read our previous messages? We asked you to enable WP debug and tell us what error appears there. If you don’t know what the WP debug then provide us WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, we’ll check and help you.

    Dear @cruzgab,

    We need FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password) to be able to enable WP debug. Please ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.

    You did not give access to WP installation for our FTP user. Now we can see the only empty directory http://prntscr.com/l25qdm
    Please, verify the destination folder for FTP user.
