+/- button Not Functioning Single Product Page

The +/- Button is not functioning on the Single Product Page. Only way to add more quantity than 1 when ordering is to add to cart, then click back to product page, add another 1 to the cart and then the cart adds that 1. Please help!

Hello,

1) Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and check how it works then.
2) Do you have this problem with the default WC theme activated on your site (Storefront)? With parent theme activated?

Problem was solved when cache was turned off for single product page and cart page. This fixed some other format issues. Our staging site was working fine and production wasn’t and this led to discovery of need to turn off cache.
