  Hi there,
  is there a way at a product page to have a button or a link next to add to cart, where the user can click in order to find a shop that can buy this product offline.
  I need to have the option as well of buying online.

  You can add the link in “Product short description” or try to achieve the desired result by additional customization – https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/
  Additional customization in files is not included in our basic support.
