Bulk import for Xstore wordpress theme store

I have tried searching for topics on this to no avail. I just purchased the Xstore theme and I also have a license for WP Import/Export Pro. I need to bulk import many items and have .csv files for doing so but cannot find a way to import them.
I tried to use the WP Import/Export Pro but it does not seem to work with this theme.
Please indicate how I can bulk import products. If this is not available I will need to get a refund on the theme as this is a dealbreaker for a store with the number of products I carry.

Hello, Dennis Morris,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Default WooCommerce import you can do via Products > Import > Choose a CSV file from your computer and click on Continue.

If you want to use an additional plugin for the import, check the documentation of the plugin first. We did not know about compatibility problems with WP Import/Export Pro from other our customers.

“it does not seem to work with this theme” – please check if it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.

This did import products but the result was a complete mess. The reason is that the WooCommerce importer does not allow complete variable product imports via drag and drop customization from the .csv file. This method will take me at least 4 times longer to complete than on my old site and I honestly don’t have the time to dedicate to doing it that way. Our original spreadsheets come from the manufacturers and are not formatted the same from each one so this is the reason I need to be able to use a variable product importer. I am disappointed as I wanted a fresh look to our site and was extremely excited to use this theme.

I am going to put in for a refund on this theme and will either stick with our current one or find one which works with a customizable importer for variable products.

I am deleting our site with your theme and will start again but thank you for trying to help.
