Hello,
i just update your theme and it’s plugin and i have a few errors:
1- In VC i have trouble opening text elements and info box elements
2- The one page menu is not working, despite all my attemps, he was working so well before the update.

1. Please make sure you deleted the file wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates/vc_row.php. After that check the editor.
2. Please check documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/3_one_page . One page configuration has changed in the recent theme version.

1- i dont have a “vc_row.php” file but it’s named by “_vc_row.php
2- i already check the doc, and i cant see any difference in it, because it match what i did, can you fix it please or atleast tell me what i am missing.

Hi, i will try again.
But what about the VC bug ?
Edit: i try custom link on the US version, still not working…
Edit2 : I make it work, i dont know why the update swipe all my row id, but fine…

I’m still waiting an answer about the VC bug.
btw with “page”, “custom link”, or whatever everything work for the menu when the update dont wipe out your row ids’s.

Well, on my side i see that on any navigator sometimes i cant open an Element on VC, sometimes it’s very very long to open, and sometimes no problem.
But my client on his side cant open anything.
So i’m pretty embarassed right now.

Sorry, but we can’t replicate the issue you described. Is your client using updated browser version?
Try to use another browser and check the editor there.

He and i already try IE, Chrome and Firefox, i still manage (with a little bit of pain) to edit the elements, but not him, we seem to not have the same level of bugs. But something is definitly here…

Hi there, seem like my client computer was the issue, i manage to fix it.
Never the less it’s weird that the issue appear just after the update, and i notice some “slowness” on VC after it too.
