Bug Report: Product Gallery Images Not Loading on First Page Load

Dear Sir,

Good Day To You.

I am experiencing a bug on my website, safeandsecureksa.com, regarding the product image gallery.

When opening any product page, only the main image loads; the rest of the gallery images fail to appear. The full gallery only shows up after I manually refresh the page. This issue is occurring on all product pages.

Could you please investigate why the gallery is not initializing correctly on the first load?

Hello @khurram virk,

During our testing, we noticed that you are using an additional plugin that replaces the default “img” tag with a “picture” tag (https://prnt.sc/-jEZ0WeQyuqm). As a result, the initialization of the vertical gallery script may not function correctly due to the modifications applied to images during the page loading process.

We recommend temporarily disabling this plugin or custom snippet that makes such modifications to check whether the issue persists. Alternatively, you can test if the problem occurs when the default gallery (horizontal type instead of vertical) is displayed on the single product page.
