Bug on Marseille header on Responsive mode

Hi, I just purchased this theme and the header I wished to use, has a small issue on mobile mode.

The header is this one: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/marseille01/shop/

In mobile mode, the menu bar is in the middle of the screen instead of being fixed to the top.

As I’m new to the theme, I don’t know if it is some configuration or is a real issue.

Is it possible to be fixed on top, above breadcrumbs and all content?
