Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before sharing the access with us and allow us to debug your site and change/remove the plugins as well.

Regarding the demo images, the thing is if someone else is using the same demo images then it will cause copyright issues for you so that is why I suggest you use your own image on your site.

Hello, @austin55,

1. That slider has been made using the Slider Revolution plugin, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Revolution Slider and edit the particular slider, after that, change the thumbnail from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/k2smp5w5

2. You have to edit the product page and scroll below and then set the video from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/1gDYj7yr
