    Hello,

We are having an issue with Variable products not working / being displayed correctly.
We have taken the website and installed it in a local development environment to do updates etc. – but despite updating almost everything (wordpress, woocommerce, theme and associated plugins) in that local environment, the problem persists. However, when we switch away from woopress and use StoreFront the problem goes away.

I would be grateful if you could advise on what is causing the issue as nothing we seem to do when the Woopress theme is active allows us to create variable products. When we know what needs to be fixed / updated we can do the live site.

Your help is greatly appreciated as we are at a loss at what to do.

    Hello,

Could you please, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.
Disabled all plugins -> no difference.
We then upgraded woopress and all dependant plugins -> no difference
We then upgraded wordpress and woocommerce to latest version -> DIFFERENT PROBLEM

With all 3rd-party plugins disabled, no child-theme and wordpress, woocommerce and woopress at latest versions, now when woopress is active the Variable Product selector is missing altogether – but works perfectly when switching to the storefront theme.

    See these screenshots:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/35pp0HhHart (Woopress theme active)
    https://www.screencast.com/t/gN07IFc68Y (Storefront theme active)

Shall we upload to a public server?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Yes, please upload your site to any web host to check this issue.
Provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
