Broken theme by Upgrading to 3.0! - by Nicolas Tolstanov

    When i upgrade the theme appear this..

    Downloading the Envato Market install package …

    Unpacking …

    Installing the theme …

    It was not possible to create the directory / home / muluksto / public_html / wp-content / themes / xstore /

    Failed to install the theme.


    The FTP ACCESS Link its
    https://ua.siteground.com/login.htm
    And the WP access of the site link its
    http://Www.mulukstore.com/wp-admin

    Please help me, the site its Broken1

    Hello,

    Please, provide correct FTP access. Also, make sure FTP user has that permission to create the folder inside / wp-content / themes / folder on your server.
