hi,
I had updated correctly before you mentioned.
However, since it was possible for me to mistake in the middle of updating, I did updated again.
Nothing’s changed. There is still layout error on my site.

First of all Sorry for having confused you to look into my site.
The parent theme was 2.4.1 version but because I had changed the style.css on 2.4.1 into style.css on 2.2, you came to see the indication of 2.2 version on theme panel; if you had checked theme option panel you could have seen the 2.4.1 sign. Now My site has the style.css on 2.4.1 not previous version 2.2.

Anyway, I really need your help.
You are the one to resolve this broken layout problem for me.

Hi,
I have not changed any codes and I don’t know why the troubles you mentioned above occured.
After upgrading, there’s been a few troubles.

So far I’ve checked all my site functions and layout quite a little carefully.
There is not any problem on my site except for on shop page.
Only on the shop page VC doesn’t work properly
– broken layout and disappeared pictures that are first mentioned above
– image url can’t be saved in VC single image
and so on.

I found out a clue that maybe has caused some troubles to VC working on my shop page.
However, I don’t have the ability to fix it. I’m not a developer.
Google Developer tools says like this only on the shop page:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://redswing.co.kr/shop/1

Why this error massage is seen on the shop page? The url is not familiar to me and maybe I think that’s the trouble maker.
Please help me out for troubleshooting it.
My credentials are below in Private Content.

Hi,
hm..It’s really tough to resolve my trouble issues.
Since my site is alive, so I’ve left out the error-occuring VC Funtions.
I thought you could have found out the issues using my previous explanation and my credentials.

For your clear investigation, now I’ve set the error VC functions occuring on my site.

– Image link doesn’t be saved in VC Single Image.
you’ll be able to see this error on my ‘홈’ page(=main page) and on my shop page.
There are 2 same image banners on my shop page. One made by Image Gallery(=linking well), The other made by Single image(not linking).

– VC Products Functions doesn’t work properly.
The shop’s Layout is broken and the product’s pictures don’t show up on the screen. (shop page)
If you change the display type of setting from slider to grid on my admin panel, you’ll see the error-free layout.

– However with the setting of grid mode, The Products Page Layout below which is set for 3 products for row changes 4 products for row of itself even though I don’t do anything else.

As I mentioned before, All these troubles happened AFTER UPGRADING.
Hope you resolve them as soon as possible

You are not able to connect to my FTP account?
The information I gave you is exactly right.
I usually access to my FTP account with that information using Filezilla program.
I’ll check it out to my web hosting service provider on the off chance that they block access from overseas.

Hi,
There is still an unresolved issue and another Revolution Slider trouble is detected.

– VC Products element doesn’t work properly on the shop page, even if I set it as you mentioned above using Slider element and set only 3 products as a display limit; However it works well on other page such as home.

http://redswing.co.kr/shop/ (shop page : working not properly) -> It’s issue to be resolved.
http://redswing.co.kr/ (home page : working well)
http://redswing.co.kr/?p=4011 (test static block : working well / 3,4,6 products per row in slider mode)

– Revolution Slider doesn’t work. The existing elements set by me previously before update look working well. However, If I try to adjust them on my admin panel, Most of the keys won’t work on Revolution slider panel.

1) I’ll try the alternative you answered for resolving VC Products malfunction issue.

2) My trouble is that on my control panel of Revolution Slider
– some keys won’t work: preview, Google Font Settings, Position, Appearance, Spinner, Navigation, Thumbnails, Mobile Visibility…and so on on Edit Slider.
– I can’t see any layers and there are also some keys won’t work on Edit Slide 1, title: on_demand: the keys such as preview, Add Layer, Edit Style, … and so on.
