    Hi,
I am having a strange issue with the Page Title / Breadcrumbs area on my website.
As you can see in the attached screenshots (bread_1.jpg and bread_2.jpg), there are weird, broken background elements appearing on the far left and far right sides of the breadcrumbs bar.
The background changes completely from page to page:
On one page, it pulls a marbled texture (bread_2.jpg).
On another page, it shows a completely different, glitched dark bar (bread_1.jpg).
We absolutely do not want this background effect anywhere on the site. We just want a clean, plain white background behind our breadcrumbs text, or to disable this background wrapper completely.
I have tried looking through the Theme Options but I cannot find where this specific background styling is being generated or how to force it to be completely transparent/white globally.
Could you please guide me on how to permanently remove these side backgrounds via XStore Theme Options?
Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello @Pites,

Could you please provide such pages urls in private content and also the temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Hi,
I found it, it was added 4 years ago in CSS. Thank you.
But I have a new question:
I am currently optimizing my product pages for mobile user experience (UX) and SEO. I want to add a comprehensive FAQ section.
However, because my FAQ contains many questions, displaying them as a standard, open text list creates a very long “wall of text” on mobile screens, which hurts the user experience.
I would like to implement an accordion (toggle) functionality for the FAQ block, where only the questions are visible by default, and the answers expand when a user clicks the “+” or arrow icon.
Could you please guide me on how to do this within the XStore theme?
    Thank you,
    Peter

    Hello @Pites,

If you are creating a product tab using the WPBakery Builder, you can utilize the available widgets from the widget list. Alternatively, if you prefer to use simple tags, you can create them with standard HTML tags as described here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/details. Currently we could not check how the content on your product was created as it seems was set using some customizations or additional plugins.

Please create a few test questions and check the results on the frontend. If the solution works correctly, you may proceed with full implementation.

    Best regards,

We use Custom Product tabs for WooCommerce so it should work with xstore. We have 4-5 TABb for every product so if we have to rewrite everything for 250 products in HTML – we give up.
We are at the point where we have to change a lot and xstore is not good for us after 5 years of using it, much more we have to add in CSS and so on, as you see.

    Hello @Pites,

You have modified your credentials, which prevented us from logging in to review your settings. Since you have created multiple tab contents for your products using the default content and now wish to migrate that content into an accordion format, please note that there is no quick solution available. Neither our theme nor any builder includes an automatic content migration feature.

Therefore, we recommend implementing WPBakery tabs or default tabs on one of your products and reviewing the frontend. Once everything appears correctly, you can apply the same layout to your other products.

As a suggestion, you may create one example and then use ChatGPT or another AI tool by providing both the old and new versions of your content. This can help assist you in migrating the content into tabs.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
