    Hello,

We’re using the WooCommerce Breadcrumbs within Elementor from the theme.
These work fine, but now we have added a “Cover Featured Image” for the page (to show on Google), in the WordPress page editor.

It now shows the background of the breadcrumbs with this image, but before it was transparent background. We don’t want the image to show and just want the breadcrumbs as like before.

    Thank you.

BREADCRUMBS FOR PAGES WITHOUT FEATURED IMAGE/BEFORE: https://snipboard.io/aeklGO.jpg

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We kindly request that you temporarily deactivate the CDN and cache plugin on your website and perform another check. https://ibb.co/dr1k536

    Hello, @KSwan,

We appreciate your prompt response to our previous communication. However, we have encountered an issue where we are unable to fully access the backend of your website. Specifically, we are unable to navigate to the WordPress dashboard, access the ‘Pages’ section, or modify settings in the ‘XStore > Theme Options’.

To facilitate a thorough examination and to provide you with a more precise solution, we kindly request that you provide us with super admin login credentials for the WordPress admin panel.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

For your reference, we have included screenshots illustrating the issue in the private content area.

We assure you that your login details will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to resolving this matter efficiently.

    Best regards,

    Hello, @KSwan,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have carefully reviewed the issue you reported regarding the featured image on your website’s pages inadvertently appearing as the background for the breadcrumbs navigation. To address this matter, we have implemented a solution by adding custom CSS code to your website.

Specifically, the code has been inserted into the following location: Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. This adjustment has successfully resolved the issue.

For your convenience, we have provided screenshots below that illustrate the changes made. We kindly ask that you review these images and verify the resolution on your website. Please ensure that you clear your browser’s cache before checking to see the updated appearance.

    Hello,

Today we are moving our dev-website to the live-server. We also experience the issue of the featured image showing in the breadcrumbs area.

    Is there a fix?

    Regards,

    Martijn
