PLease find log in details.. kindly please check also my custom carousel in my homepage with 3 banner mask. whenever i activate the slider, it slides too fast even if i change the timing intervals..

Hello,

You need to re-upload “Custom page heading image for this category” for the category with the problem.
I do not see the problem with the carousel speed. How can I recreate the issue?

Please check the carousel now. I have activated the slider and it seems that even if i change the interval time, nothing happens. I would like to pause the slider for 3 secs and resume again after that.

I have re-uploaded the image but nothing happens. Still i have no image background for Ring,Earring & Pendant Category.

Please, clear cache and check Earrings category now. I’ve simply set “Custom page heading image for this category” http://prntscr.com/inhsl0 > http://prntscr.com/inht6q
Looks like there is a bug with interval value for the carousel. I’ve sent your report to our developers to fix it in next theme update.

Hi i would like to follow up regarding the slider of the banner in desktop view.. in mobile view my banner is just fine..

In desktop view, I would like 1 banner to slide and wait for 3 seconds then move again to the next banner. What’s happening is that all of the 3 banner slides together at once.

No its not.. ok, just please help what css should i put on desktop view so that my carousel will not slide. I only want the mobile to slide.

Thanks for the explanation. This can’t be done using css code. You need to edit php code: xstore/framework/shortcodes/carousel.php

After the next theme update, you will be able to rewrite required function via child theme. Presently, you need to make changes in the parent theme.

May I know the code for my child theme for sliding only the carousel on mobile view.

As you have mentioned below:

Please copy this function http://prntscr.com/jliuzr from xstore/framework/shortcodes/carousel.php to functions.php of the child theme and do all required changes there.
