How do I get the brand to show up in the sidebar? https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/shop/fashion-jacket-8/#

I’ve created the brand, added an image to the brand, and assigned the product to that brand, but its not showing…

    Hello,

I have done that but it looks different then the demo. I only want too see the brand name and logo on the single product page and not the filter below of it. How do I do that? Thanks

    Hello,

Before, you must create Static Block with Visual Composer and select Brands. After you need drag the 8theme – Static Block into the single product page Sidebar in Appearance > Widgets and there select your new Static block.

Brands widget already hard coded into the Single product page sidebar, that’s why to display it is necessary to make visible sidebar. For this purpose I have put empty text widget into the Single product sidebar widget area.

Okay thanks for the explanation. It would be nice if the sidebar was automatically visible when you select a brand or add up-sells in the Single product page. Not every product has a brand so when i dont select a brand I got a blank sidebar.. Maybe something for the next update?

But thanks for the work you guys deliver. Very good service!

One more question, is it possible to use a plugin like Display Widgets or something to show up a widget for one specific product? I have display widgets installed and made a categorie called brand product. The ID of this product has a number but it wont work with the plugin.. This could fixed the problem with the blank sidebar on a single productpage when no brand is selected.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Unfortunately we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme. Please take our apologies.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
