I have tried to upload and save an image (250×130) to the Edit Brand admin page as the brand image for products. However, after clicking Save, the image is not actually saved. I have tried JPG and PNG files. How can I save the brand images successfully?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

Please try to disable 3rd-party plugins and save brand image then.
If the issue still persists please provide FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I tried deactivating the plugins as you suggested, but still have the same problem. I moved the site to a server so you could access the admin and ftp. The credentials are included here.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I’m so sorry. My fault–a typo. Please try again with the same credentials I sent.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

There is error on your site:
WordPress database error: [Table ‘captiv8r_wp165.wp_termmeta’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT term_id, meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_termmeta WHERE term_id IN (7) ORDER BY meta_id ASC

You need contact your hosting provider support regarding it or ask them to restore your database from backup.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
