  Hi there,

  How do I get the brand name banner to appear on the single product page? I watched the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0binW–toE

  In the tutorial, all I would have to do is upload a photo of the brand, select brand on product page and then save in which the photo automatically appears on the site. These instructions did not work for me. The brand banner does not appear on the site. Did I miss a step? Please advise.

  Also, I can not get Screet Chat to work either so I deactivated the plugin. Can you help with that as well?

  Hello,

  1. I’ve added empty text widget in Appearance > Widgets > Single Product Page Sidebar. Now brand is showing in sidebar.

  2. You configured Screet Chat plugin incorrectly in Live Chat > Options > Advanced > App URL section. I’ve fixed it, so now live chat is working. Please check.
