Boxed layout and theme options issues - by techdesignmiri

I have 2 questions:

1: I want my site to have a boxed layout but when I choose this from the theme options it makes the site incredibly wide with half the site going off the screen. Even when I take the site width down this has no effect. Please advise how to fix this.

2: Also with most of the theme options, particularly the styling ones, when I save the changes the site is not updated until much later. I have tried clearing the cache and this did not help.

Hello,

You need to update theme and Core plugin to latest versions https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
also, make sure that all required plugins are up-to-date – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
If problems won’t be solved, please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.
