    Hello,

    I have a problem: I put borders on the row or on the frame of the content (see the photos), they do not appear and this, only for this row …

    Is this normal?

    Thanks

    in fact, I understood, by the grace of Allâh, our Lord, it is a problem of translation of the borders which are in French …

    Do you know which file should I translate to change this?

    Hello,

    You don’t need to translate that. Translation does not affect the colors. We need WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail and help you.

    if the problem is a translation: look at this css which was translated into french: the mention “solid” has become “solide” and that’s what bug …

    “.vc_custom_1615459973932 {
    margin-bottom: 3.5vw !important;
    border-top-width: 6px !important;
    border-right-width: 6px !important;
    border-bottom-width: 6px !important;
    border-left-width: 6px !important;
    padding-right: 75px !important;
    padding-left: 75px !important;
    background-color: #3d3d3d !important;
    background-position: 0 0 !important;
    background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
    border-left-color: #a5a5a5 !important;
    border-left-style: solide !important;
    border-right-color: #a5a5a5 !important;
    border-right-style: solide !important;
    border-top-color: #a5a5a5 !important;
    border-top-style: solide !important;
    border-bottom-color: #a5a5a5 !important;
    border-bottom-style: solide !important;
    border-radius: 10px !important;
    }”

    I changed it by inspecting the border of my homepage and removing the “e” from “solide”, the borders reappeared …

    I made translations recently but I went back to the “xstore” and “xstoreCore” files to change them (because there was indeed the word “solid” in both files) and after having reinstated the corrected files, Nothing has changed…

    Hello,

    I see, ok. We need to check the settings that you have in the backend and translation files. So, in addition to WP Dashboard access provide also FTP access to your site.

    ftp access, I do not give them because I have never done that and that does not interest me, sorry … On the other hand I can provide you with an admin access but that’s all … Knowing that I ‘ve already checked my translations and I think they are those of wpbackery builder (And Allâh is more knowledgeable) …

    Hello,

    I see, ok. Provide us with Wp Dashboard access at least. I can’t find why it does not take the correct translation if I can’t check all the translations and settings.
