    Hello, Safe Desires,

In an effort to determine whether the issue you reported is specific to our XStore theme, we conducted tests using the default Twenty Twenty-Four WordPress theme https://prnt.sc/Jeza2096tBOH. During our testing, we observed that the same issues persist even with the default theme activated, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/2yQrgRbMOEpe.

This indicates that the problem is not related to our XStore theme. Therefore, we kindly suggest that you contact your hosting provider for further assistance, as they may be able to provide more specific solutions to the issues you are experiencing.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
