Blog subnail pictures does not apper, what should I do to solve this issue?

Hi, I have an issue, In Top page, just up from footer, I set up blog subnails.
But from one day, the subnail images does not apper after 10 or so listing.
Please let me know how to solve this matter.

Also I would like to make blog section on top page show side bar like to switch blog page from menu, please let me know how to do that.

I have disabled that and images are ok.

I have confirmed blog images apperes, Thank you very much. BTW you turn admin menu into English though, but I cannot turn to Japanese. What did you do that for?
