I’m having a lot of issues getting my blog posts to show on the homepage. The box is there, but no posts show. I have featured images in all the posts.
I’m also trying to get my blog page to show like in the Classico example of Masonry or Miniature but it’s showing my entire post, not the Read more box, looks terrible. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

    Hello,

You’re using old Visual Composer plugin and there are incompatibility issues with VC and WordPress 4.5 version.
So update the plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , also some VC elements may be deprecated and you have to recreate theme, like Tabs and Post Grid.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

How do I update the plugin if it doesn’t give me option within plugin page… do I have delete and then add the new one from the downloads page?

    Hello,

Download the plugin archive on this page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , extract it. Connect to your site files via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins directory and just overwrite the current folder “js_composer” with the one that you extracted from the new archive.
You can also select old js_composer folder and upload a new one.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I have uploaded all of the new plugins and still having no luck with adding blog posts to homepage… I go into Visual Composer and try to add it several different ways (post grid, masonry grid, essential post….) and it shows up blank and once I save settings it deletes from composer….

I’m sorry – the posts section wasn’t in a tab – and I went ahead and deleted all tabs on front page just in case and it’s still not working. Am I misunderstanding what I need to do?

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
