When I post a blog, the featured image works fine, but this is the message that is in the place where the post should be:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_get_primary_category() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data02/64/2846864/html/wp-content/themes/legenda/single.php on line 113
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials.
Ask your hosting provider to give you FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, and then send this information to us.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I’m sorry this response has taken so long, Go Daddy was completely unhelpful in lending me this information. I finally found it on my own!
Can you please check the “wishlist” fatal error, and the blog post issue as well. I’m not sure if the theme is updated or not.
Thank you!!
Hello,
I’ve updated the theme for you.
Please clear browser cache and check your site now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thank you that worked.
The wishlist is still unable to be activated though, and also it will not let me edit the revolution slider because it says it needs to be activated to import a slider template. And when I try to create a new slider, whenever I get to the part to add my images to a slider, it resets the whole page.
Hello,
I’ve installed Wishlist plugin and added an image to your slider “Home”. Please check it.
Try to check slider in other browser.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thank you!
Also, hopefully this is my last question: there is a “new wordpress themes” banner type thing on the homepage, and I’m not sure if it’s there for everyone else to see or how to get rid of it?
Hello,
You can remove or change that banner in Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
