I am adding my Featured Image to my blog. Using theme IDSTORE. Was told to put size of image as 870×580. But image shows but then a page or 2 worth of background shows up. Can someone please help or shed some light on this. I have posted a image just to give idea of this. Thank you so much !

Could you please clarify? Is featured image is displayed on the post page? Please provide us with the link where the problem persists and login credentials to admin panel in Private Content.

When inserting Feature Image into blog with size 870×580. Picture shows but under and to the side has a arrow to right and black background under Picture until the blog content shows up. If you look at attached photo that black/grey background shouldn’t be there. I hope this clarified it.

Hello,

Thank you for the login details.
Where did you change the image size? The problem is you have pictures with different size. Try to edit the images dimensions to 580px × 773px with some editor and reupload them.
