Hello, I have a strange issue I spotted. We have different products: simple and variable ones. But for 2 of my variables products (they have more than 4 colors) are showing a blank page. I deleted and re-uploaded WooCommerce, in case the problem was there but nothing changed. I changed the theme to another one and they show with the theme.

It’s very weird, do you have any idea?

    Hello,

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed. Let us know the result.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello,
I did this yesterday too but since the page stayed blank, I didn’t mentionned it and turned off debug again. It’s on and it’s still the same thing…

    Hello,

Were products created manually or imported? When you create new variable products they work fine?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how products work then. Let us know the result

    Regards

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. The products are created manually. I tried what you said and seems like there’s a compatibility problem with “Really Simple SSL” plugin. But again, with another theme, those 2 specific products are still displayed. What would be the solutions?

Plus, I have a question because when I received an alert saying someone from your team logged in, I stopped working on the website and when I got back, I noticed there’s two headers now, I mean, the mobile & desktop headers are displayed at the same time… Any idea?

    Hello,

Provide temporary FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

I do not see the problem with two headers on your site. Clear all cache and check then. We did nothing that may cause any problem with headers.

    Regards

    Hi,
Yeah, weirdly, the double header disappeared as it appeared withoud doing anything. Internet mysteries I guess…

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We found that issue with the products appear if Really Simple SSL plugin is activated and once we activate plugin we get the following error https://prnt.sc/1pujsq6
I disabled plugin and products works well. Contact plugin author to find out what error plugin generates and fix that.

    Regards
