I am getting just a white mega menu on mobile. I have tried disabling everything but elementor & xstore but still get the same. I think I have checked the responsive area as well but not seeing that it’s disabled. It does show when I use a desktop browser and use tools to preview mobile, just doesn’t actually work on mobile. I have tried clearing browser cache and used chrome, safari and edge mobile browsers to test.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Thankyou Alex. I think because I use wpengine, cloudflare and Accelerator (they all have aggressive caching) it wasn’t clearing completely. It is definitely a caching issue. And I think with Accelerator for wordpress. I will troubleshoot more. Thankyou though.

    Hello Alex,

Thank you for your message and for the update.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to investigate the issue further. It does sound like the aggressive caching from WPEngine, Cloudflare, and Accelerator for WordPress may be contributing to the problem. We recommend continuing to clear all layers of cache, including server-side, CDN, and browser cache, during your troubleshooting process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
