Black sidebars have suddenly appeared on the left and right……

On my blog page, black sidebars have suddenly appeared on the left and right that let me move to the previous or next post when clicked. This wasn’t here before and it’s annoying. How can I turn off these black bars?

We kindly request that you review your Theme Options by navigating to Blog -> Single Post and set the ‘Prev/Next navigation’ setting to disabled. You can refer to the following link for guidance: https://gyazo.com/42ab109967a36e51c3bde61f8e57d5bb.

Should you require further assistance, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in a private area.
