    Hi there. Since updating the theme and required plugins accordingly I appear to have a black box with ‘Download File’ appear at the top of our website. Any idea how I can get rid of it?

    Hello,

    Could you provide us with screenshot of the issue? We don’t see any block box http://prntscr.com/qlxkb1

    What browser do you use?

    Regards

    Hi Olga. Thank you for your swift response. OK I am using Safari version 12. How can I attach a screenshot here?

    I have just tried in Firefox 71 too and it’s the same. If you scroll further up to the very top you will see it on the left.

    I also get a grey panel underneath the black box which says “Add any widgets you want in Apperance->Widgets->”Hidden top panel area””

    There are no widgets I want to place in the Hidden top panel at present, but I can’t see where I can remove the hidden top panel.

    I also have a couple of other issues. Since upgrading the theme, my product images are tiny compared to what they were. I am struggling to find where I can adjust the sizes.

    Hello,

    You can use Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html and provide the link to the screenshot here.
    Theme Options > Header > Enable hidden top panel > Off.
    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access http://prntscr.com/qm69st so we can take a closer look at your problems.

    Regards

    Hi. Thanks for your help. The top panel is already ‘hidden’ and I have moved back a few versions now so not getting this problem of the ‘black box’. I have created a screenshot of the persistent and most worrying problem and highlighted it with a large red arrow so you can see what I am talking about.

    Since have since downgraded the Legenda theme and WordPress and other plugins as it wasn’t happening before. Now it happens with any version of Legenda but not with other themes. I would prefer to carry on using Legenda now that I’ve paid for it, but is it possible to sort this? It appears to be something wrong with Mejs which is trying to load at the top of my pages? Can you advise please?

    Sorry some text got deleted in my last message. My main problem is the black box with ‘Download file’ appearing top left. If you can help me sort that problem I will update WordPress, theme and plugins again.

    Hello,

    We do not see the black box on your site, but you can add this custom CSS code

    html[class*="span"] {
        float: none;
        min-height: unset;
        margin: 0;
    }

    to achieve such displaying – http://prntscr.com/r8ke2f

    Regards
