Hi there,

I just purchased and installed the Royal theme and something strange is happening when I refresh a page or just simply navigate around the site. I haven’t seen any other posts on the forum about this. A black bar appears on the left side and shrinks down to the bottom of the page until it’s disappeared. I need to know why this is happening and how to prevent it. I’m on a pretty fast server (Bluehost) and am worried that as the site grows and server speeds fluctuate, that bar will be very annoying to see every time.

Please see the attached screenshot and advise ASAP.

Upon further exploration it looks to be the nav with the class .st-menu and .mobile-menu-block (see screenshot). The black bar is also showing up on your own demo website as well.

I’m seeing the issue in Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox.

Hello? Any news to report here? If this is going to be an issue, I won’t be able to use the theme and will need a refund as soon as possible. I have a client waiting on me for an answer, so a quick reply on the status would be appreciated.

We changed styles in style.css file. It’ll be also included in the theme update.

CSS code was modified for some elements. Please don’t worry. Old style.css will be rewritten in the theme update so you won’t lose the changes.
