Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    margin: 3px;
}

.product ul.st-swatch-size-normal li.type-image,
.product ul.st-swatch-size-normal li.type-label span{
    min-width: 40px;
    min-height: 40px;
}

.single-product .variations_form ul.st-swatch-size-large li.type-label {
    width: auto;
    height: 50px;
}

.single-product .variations_form ul.st-swatch-size-large li.type-label span {
    font-size: 1.2em;
}
