I have a problem, today i bought the theme Xtore
but when i try to import the data base demo is not possible because the import is not complete and finished with many error. If you have a email i can send you the print screen

The error message is Failed to import “,,,

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

You can share screenshot and send us a link. Are you sure that you have installed all the required plugins after theme installation?
