    Hi,

My Homepage banners (below slider) work & look fine on Elementor edit,
BUT error (alignment, text & no effect) on published page.

    NOTE:
I found the problem is due to disable
    Menu Drop down Ajax Loading

BUT if I enable, then my mega menu for Men & Women, all links are gone.

Static block Elementor for Men menu also disappear

    Please fix & help

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of the browser, and check then.
If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access.

    Regards

Yes, we activated Ajax loading option, because we applied fix for menu visibility and you can edit static blocks even with this option activated. So why do you want to disable the “Menu Drop down Ajax Loading” now?
Olga, same as our technicians team, doesn’t work during the weekend https://gyazo.com/278c88e211354266eee998be07bcebc1 , unfortunately.

Please read my first comment above

if you applied (activated): the result is my mega menu for Men & Women, all links are gone.

The menu is shown normally, but all links are dead link #.

All become # links except shop all.
All menu under Men & Women should have linked, not # link.

For example under Men > new arrival should link to:
    https://www.watchworldstores.com/product-category/new-arrivals/?filter_department=men

Please check the different by abling & disabling it as mentioned before
